The Montfort Parents Association is a vital part of the school. It provides support to the administration and organizes and runs many events throughout the year including the Ice Cream Social, International Night, the Masquerade Party, Swing Nights, the Thanksgiving Breakfast, the Snow Ball, Open Mic Nights, Vespers, the Junior Ring Ceremony and more. As you can see, it is a very active and important organization at Montfort. We invite all current parents to attend our monthly meetings and become an active participant.

UPCOMING EVENTS

INTERNATIONAL NIGHT on Thursday, October 6th at 7pm. All families are invited to bring a dish from their cultural heritage to share with others. Click here to sign up and register.

MASQUERADE PARTY on Friday, October 28th at 7pm. Dancing with DJ, costume contests, food and drinks. Students should register in advance - $5 with costume, $10 without costume, $15 at the door.

WREATH SALE - Coming soon! The Montfort Academy MPA sells beautiful wreaths and poinsettias beginning in early November for pick up right after Thanksgiving.

MONTFORT’S GOT TALENT on Friday, November 4th at 7pm. Students sign up in advance to perform - whether singing, playing an instrument, telling jokes, performing magic or more. Montfort’s Got Talent, and we want to showcase our students!

THANKSGIVING BREAKFAST on Tuesday, November 22nd. Parents prepare a full Thanksgiving breakfast for teachers and students. A senior will be selected to read the First Thanksgiving Proclamation and another senior will read the prayer. Truly Montfort Knights have so much to be thankful for!!

SNOW BALL on Friday, December 2nd at Castle Royale in Yonkers. This is Montfort’s semi-formal dance open to all 9th-12th grade.
